Bryan R. Ide

Bryan believes that education has the transformative power to transform people。Therefore, he is dedicated and passionate to helping students and their families make the right educational decisions。He graduated from the prestigious St. George's Private School and holds a BACHELOR's degree from Cornell University and a Master's degree from Columbia University。During his career as an educator, he has spent much of his time raising money for St. George's private School and the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia。Bryan also served as chair of the Alumni Admissions Officer Association Committee at Cornell University in British Columbia。He is also a member of the National Association for College Counseling (NACAC) and a member of its Statement of Principles of Good Practice.,And is a member of the American Association of Higher Education Consultants (HECA) and adheres to its standards of good practice。In addition, Bryan is currently on his way to becoming certified as a certified Academic life coach。

Moon Wang

Moon's passion for education comes from the values and beliefs she developed while attending Pearson World United College (UWC) in Victoria。Moon deeply agrees with the mission of the World United College: to make education a force that unites people, countries and cultures to create a peaceful and sustainable future。

Moon was a scholarship student at World United College and graduated from Pearson World United College。She recently received the W from Simon Fraser University (SFU). Ronald Heath International full scholarship to study and graduate with a BACHELOR's degree in Economics。

She has extensive career experience, including working in a non-governmental organization in Shanghai, interning at Harvard University, working part-time at the transfer and admission unit of Simon Fraser University, organizing summer camp activities for Changshu World United College in China, and so on。As a member of KEY, Moon looks forward to contributing to the education of families and students。

Cora Wills

Tutoring private school applications is not easy。But as the parent of two private school graduates in Vancouver, Cora herself attended private schools, so she is familiar with the workings of the private school admissions system。At the same time, she has served on several boards of Crofton House School and St. Volunteer leadership positions at George's School, including chair or co-chair of two major fundraising events for the schools, and chair of the Crofton Hourse School centennial Bazaar and its long-term planning Committee。In addition, she served as a member of Crofton House School's Principal selection Committee and vice Chair of the School's Board of Trustees。Based on Cora's long and in-depth cooperation with the private school, she can fully understand the mission and values of the school, as well as the culture and community。These experiences have enabled her to guide KEY's parents and children in preparing for the journey of applying to private schools。

Cameron Russell

Admissions Strategist | application Strategist

Cameron was a lifelong education seeker whose philosophy was that "nothing is more important than understanding the world around us"。He attended St. George's High School in Vancouver and graduated from The University of Victoria with a BACHELOR's degree in political science, taking courses in almost every subject, from philosophy to biology to creative writing。Cameron believes he has a responsibility to pass on what he has learned, having taught at primary and secondary level and tutored at UBC and The University of Victoria。While education is his main interest, he also recognises the value of creativity - so in his spare time he is involved in 3D modelling and printing, as well as being a comedian and impressionist painter who can be found in a stage studio on weekends。He has won numerous screenwriting awards and was profiled by The Huffington Post in 2012。

Sara Polat

Sara is convinced that a good education is a key pillar for all successful people and the best way for parents to invest in their children's future。Prior to joining KEY Education, She worked as a corporate communications and marketing manager for a number of international companies。During her 15-plus year career, She has developed the ability to create, develop and manage successful business opportunities in a multicultural, competitive and fast-paced environment and has consistently demonstrated creative thinking, communication and teamwork。

Sara has always been passionate about education, and after having a child, she has developed a strong interest in the development of education and new ways of education。She makes a point of understanding children's needs and finding the best school for them。

As a parent, Sara is familiar with the admissions process and criteria for private schools and has helped many family and friends in the private school admissions process. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with KEY's family。

Megan Swenson

Writing Coach

Megan has worked as an editor, tutor, English tutor and creative writing teacher at New York University。 She has also worked with several literary organizations, including One Story and the Washington Square Review, as well as other nonprofit literary magazines and publishers。 She herself is a fiction writer and works in fiction。 While earning a master's degree in English and an ESL certificate, she has been exploring her critical thinking and creativity skills and found that the more she studied, the more curious she became about the world。 As a writing teacher, Megan pays attention to grammar details and has a positive attitude. She inspires students with the most unique writing perspective and builds confidence and quality character in the process。 She likes to see her students shine and show their potential as writers。

Connor Doyle

Writing Coach

Connor Doyle holds a BACHELOR's degree in English and Creative Writing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU)。He has won several awards in the writing field in the past, including KPU's David and Terry Atkinson Creative Writing Grand Prize and subTerrain magazine's Lush Triumphant Poetry award。

Connor has been a professional writer and editor since 2014, contributing to a variety of news publications, financial websites, corporate marketing campaigns, literary magazines and spoken Word festivals, all while sparking a lifelong passion for creative expression。As a member of the KEY Education team, Connor is committed to sharing his expertise and love of the written word。

Dr. Phil Jarvis

Dr Phil Jarvis began his career as a teacher in a suburb of London, England。He has served in numerous private schools in the Bahamas, Canada and the United States。Dr. Jarvis spent five years as the director of admissions at Shawnigan Lake School on Vancouver Island, currently the largest boarding School in Canada。In addition, Dr. Jarvis worked for twelve years at Berkshire School in Massachusetts, where he was director of Enrollment and acting Principal。
